Allison Island is located inside the Indian Creek waterway within the La Gorce neighborhood of Miami Beach. The area where Allison Island Miami Beach is located is often times referred to as North Beach. This small island that covers 8.5 acres, is divided by 63rd Road into a North and South Island.
