The Design District is one of the most luxurious areas of Miami, dedicated to innovate fashion, design, architecture and dinning. The Design District is considered as a creative neighborhood and  has a big variety of Miami homes and condos perfect for all kinds of buyers. In addition to the great properties existing near  the Design District at the moment, a new building is starting to take shape – and this bayfront residential project will  get all the attention.

Located at 601 NE 39th Street, this building is being developed where an older apartment building of 106 units was demolished. Also, this 99,312 square feet building will have 152 beautiful units with  highly valuable bay views thanks to a neighboring park.

This project also features a smaller building with just seventeen units and the developer  is holding a total of about 3.5 acres area, part of which is across the street. At the moment there is not much information about the prices.

The Design Districts is full of excellent events ant the best shops like Cartier, Bvlgari, Dior, Giorgio Armani, Prada, Rolex, Versace, and more. Also it has the best restaurants in town, and new stores opening every day.
