I’m Daniela, a dynamic and professional Realtor, born in New York and raised in a beautiful city called Cuenca in Ecuador. At the age of 17, I moved back to New York to study Business Administration and pursue my career as a model. For the past 7 years, I have traveled to many places and lived in different countries before settling in Miami 2 years ago. Having relocated several times, I understand what it feels like to walk in my client’s shoes. That is why with so much determination, I aim to connect buyers with a perfect home that suits their lifestyle and help sellers with quick sales of their properties. I am able to achieve this by creating a connection with all my clients, understanding their needs, and working alongside them to achieve best results. With a background in event organization for the government in Ecuador and Real Estate in the Dominican Republic in Casa de Campo, my experiences and knowledge have equipped me with communication and negotiation skills that come in handy at the closing table. I have also participated in Miss Ecuador where I was the 1st runner-up and represented Ecuador in Japan for Miss International. As a client, you will benefit from my competence, energy, connections, and my keen eye for detail. Outside of real estate, I love working out, eating healthy, going for nature walks, and volunteering through various social works including helping people with low income, kids with cancer, and other social activities.
